Getting the Right Work Done
Using Lean Thinking to Improve Results
Do you sometimes feel that you are doing the work of three people? Does this leave you frustrated and anxious? “Work smarter, not harder!” the clichéd expression goes, but how are you supposed to do that? This workshop employs the proven methods of operational excellence – getting the right things done right. Borrowing from the robust principles of Lean Thinking and Six Sigma, this workshop promises to help you identify those things that create the greatest value for you and your organization. We explore the ways to ensure that those most important endeavors are done right – regardless of the types of work you do. In essence, we define how to be most efficient in the work that must be performed effectively.
