Breakthrough Ideas on How to Become a More Strategic Thinker
Being strategically competitive in today’s chaotic and complex global environment requires a different way of looking at how we approach strategic thinking. Intended for leaders who currently have strategic responsibility, the focus of this session is on the learning aspect of strategic thinking. Using an unconventional approach to strategic thinking, four key issues will be addressed: What is strategic thinking? What makes leaders “strategic?” Why do organizations need strategic thinkers? How can your strategic thinking be strengthened and how can you energize the strategic capability of your organization?
Julia’s academic research and executive development practice draw upon more than two decades of her own expatriate corporate experience in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Central Asian Republics, Europe and North America working on strategic thinking to align the business agenda with prevailing economic, cultural and social issues.
