Go For No is a great book that teaches some unique concepts. For anyone in sales – this is a must read. For anyone who has ever feared rejection/failure (all of us) this will change the way you think about it.  I recorded a short 5 minute interview with Richard and Andrea on my Iphone – that teaches a couple of their concepts. The info is invaluable!
