Ty Bennett

Founder and CEO

When Ty was 21 years old, he and his brother Scott started a business in direct sales, which they built to over $20 million in annual revenue while still in their twenties.

As a young entrepreneur, Ty went on to found Leadership Inc. – a speaking and training company with a mission to empower individuals and organizations. While Leadership Inc. Institute provides ongoing leadership training for its member companies, Ty is a sought after leadership speaker for some of the most recognizable brands in the world such as: Coca-Cola, AT&T, Home Depot, NY Life, Delta Airlines and Remax.

Ty is the author of four books – The Power of Influence, The Power of Storytelling, The Two Most Important Days of Your Life and Partnership is The New Leadership.

Ty’s books are used in graduate courses at multiple universities including MIT, as today’s version of “How to Win Friends and Influence People.”

Jesse Allen

President

As President of Leadership Inc. Institute, Jesse Allen leads new business developement, manages operations, and maintains successful relationships with Leadership Inc. Institute clients.

Prior to joining Leadership Inc. Institute, Jesse served as Vice President of Product Development for one of the fastest growing cosmetic and skin care organizations in history. During his tenure Jesse lead the development of over 200 products, diversifying the company’s product portfolio, and successfully introducing multiple product lines.

In addition to leadership positions in sales, marketing and operations for various organizations in the consumer goods industry, Jesse co-founded and built a weight-management system that was eventually sold to a multi-national firm who delivered the system to customers in over 40 countries.

Jesse currently lives near Salt Lake City, Ut, with his wife and two children.

Jill Gulbranson

Administrative Assistant

Jill was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. She received a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and International Business from Brigham Young University and started her career as a paralegal in corporate law in Provo, Utah and Portland, Oregon. After six years in the legal profession and starting a family, Jill made the switch to working as an administrative assistant for Leadership Inc., where she enjoys learning the ins and outs of the speaking & training industry.
